FunjetOperador Tour Operador manages the commercial experience on this website. Tour bookings may be processed through PROACTIVITIS technology and the local operators delivering the service.

This policy covers data submitted when requesting a quote, booking, paying, contacting support or downloading an e-ticket.

Data we use

We may process names, email, phone, flight details, hotel or pickup point, dates, travelers, special requests, language and technical data needed for security and fraud prevention.

FunjetOperador does not store complete card details. Electronic payments are processed by the payment provider displayed during checkout.

How data is used

We use information to calculate routes, validate availability, create and coordinate bookings, issue receipts, manage payments, provide support, communicate changes and meet legal obligations.

Only provide information relevant to the operation. Do not include unnecessary medical or sensitive data; share only what is essential when an accessibility need affects the service.

Providers and retention

We share the minimum required data with payment processors, PROACTIVITIS, operators, transport providers and technical services when necessary to complete a booking.

Commercial and security records are retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and claims, and are then reasonably deleted or anonymized.

Google Maps locations

The hotel and address finder uses Google Maps Platform to provide suggestions and calculate routes. Use of this feature is also subject to the Google Maps Platform terms at https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, updates or deletion where legally available, and object to non-operational communications. Booking confirmations, payment notices and messages required to deliver a service are not promotional messages.
