Commercial and operational conditions for transfers and tours booked with FunjetOperador.

FunjetOperador helps customers search, quote and book transfers and tours in the Dominican Republic. Some services are delivered by independent operators identified in the booking documents.
Availability is confirmed only when a booking code is issued or the team expressly confirms the service.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated. The total, any deposit and outstanding balance are displayed before payment.
Payment method, final currency and additional verification depend on the selected option and processor. Never send card data by email or WhatsApp.
Traveler information
Customers must provide accurate names, contact details, hotel, flight, dates, ages and operating information. Costs caused by incorrect information, avoidable delays or absence at the agreed point may be non-refundable.
Minors must be accompanied and meet each activity’s age rules. Customers must review health, accessibility, luggage and restriction information before booking.
Pickup and operation
Pickup times remain estimates until validated. Traffic, weather, authorities, closures, sea conditions or safety decisions may change schedules and itineraries without changing the main nature of the service.
FunjetOperador and the operator may refuse participation when there is a risk to travelers, third parties, equipment or vehicles, or when essential instructions are ignored.
Liability and contact
FunjetOperador is responsible for commercial management within its applicable scope. The operator is responsible for direct delivery. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Include the booking code, date, explanation and available evidence in any claim so the case can be investigated with the operator.
